Refund policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your registration for a conference that we are organizing. In order to provide you with a fair and transparent refund policy, we have outlined the following terms and conditions:

• If you cancel your registration more than 45 days before the start date of the conference, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• If you cancel your registration between 15 and 45 days before the start date of the conference, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• If you cancel your registration less than 15 days before the start date of the conference, or if you do not show up at the conference, you will not receive any refund.

• You may transfer your registration to another person at any time, without any additional charge, by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the start date of the conference.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the rescheduled conference.

• We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, cancellation, or modification of the conference. We advise you to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses or inconveniences.
